According to the approved new Regulations about compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance, the approved Order of the Government No. 827 of 6:07. 2016, the Charter and the Regulations of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance we ORDER:

1. To make the following changes to Methodological regulations of forming of the profit and loss budget (business plan) and management of the financial resources of funds of compulsory medical insurance by the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance, approved by the joint Order of the Ministry of Health and National medical insurance company No. 396/209-A from 27.05.2015,:

1) in Item of 10 litas. d)" to exclude the phrase "appendix 4 **" (stationary medical care);

Article the second to change and be reworded as follows 2) Item 11:

"-if after covering of priority costs and debts of PMSU have unallotted financial resources, these means can be planned in the estimate for acquisition of the invaluable and fast-wearing-out objects, soft stock, carrying out running repair and acquisition of the medical equipment, other fixed assets, carrying out capital repairs. The list of the medical equipment and other fixed assets which are planned to be acquired and also carrying out capital repairs of buildings shall be approved with the PMSU administrative boards.";

"The most admissible value of the expenses planned for compensation is calculated proceeding from the total amount of the income (including bank rates on money deposits) from which are excluded:

- expense amount, the medicines of special purpose planned for acquisition which are specified separately in the agreement signed with NKMS;
