Some questions of privatization of the state company "Mirogoshchansky State Hippodrome"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Privatize the state company "Mirogoshchansky State Hippodrome" by transformation it in public joint stock company on condition of temporary leaving in property of the state of the block of shares of 75 percent in size plus one share for the subsequent sale on the competitive beginnings.

2. Bring in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 1, 2010 No. 2305 "Some questions of development of horse breeding" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 127 "About approval of the list of the companies, privatizeable according to the Law of Ukraine "About feature of privatization of property in agro-industrial complex" and transactions on which voluntary conveyance of share of state-owned property (shares) to workers and persons equated to them are exempted from the taxation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, the Art. 565) changes which are applied.

1. In appendix 2 to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 1, 2010 line item "35505132 State Mirogoshchansky State Hippodrome company to exclude No. 2305.

2. No. 127 to add appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 with the following line item:
