About approval of the Approximate regulations on the center of social support of children and families

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Approximate regulations on the center of social support of children and families which is applied.

2. Recommend:

1) to local executive bodies and local government bodies:

take measures to education taking into account social requirements of territorial community of the centers of social support of children and families (further - the center) by merge, accessions, allocations, separations, transformations of the organizations providing social services, orphanages, boarding schools and to provide the organization of their activities;

provide the termination of activities in case of decision making about creation of the center of the organizations providing social services, orphanages, boarding schools which functions are duplicating the functions of the center subordinated to the corresponding local executive body or local government body;

2) regional and Kiev city to public administrations under which supervision the organizations providing social services, orphanages, boarding schools in case of approval of education by district, district public administration and/or local government bodies of the centers in Kiev are to take measures to optimization of the specified organizations and the organizations by reorganization or liquidation.

3. To the ministry of social policy in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to develop and approve approximate regular standard rates and payment terms of work of employees of the centers in three-months time.
