About approval of the Procedure for appeal and passing of charges of mobilization reserve by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for appeal and passing of charges of mobilization reserve by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of primary military charges by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2012 No. 825;
- item 4 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 25, 2016 No. 87;
- Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 23, 2016 No. 347.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
