1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appeal and passing of charges of mobilization reserve of citizens and persons liable for call-up of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for appeal and passing of charges of mobilization reserve by citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 1, 2016 No. 566;
2) Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the codes of the Kyrgyz Republic accepted within the undertaken judicial reform" of December 25, 2018 No. 616;
3) Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning passing of military service" of January 14, 2020 No. 8.
