Some questions of sanatorium treatment and rest of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash

According to part one item 4 of Article 20, to Item "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" and to Item 26 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 10 parts three of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the annual monetary assistance for compensation of cost of permits to sanatorium institutions and organizations of rest, implementation of surcharges for the account of own means, payments of monetary compensation to the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash which is applied.

2. Bring in Item 13-2 - the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 20, 2005 No. 936 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 38, Art. 2372; 2007, No. 12, Art. 429; 2015, No. 7, Art. 157; 2016, No. 87, the Art. 2842), changes which are applied.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
