1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2015 No. 18-02/942 "About approval of Fire safety regulations in the woods" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 12351, published on December 15, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following amendments:
in Fire safety regulations in the woods approved by the specified order:
add with Item 11-1 of the following content:
"11-1. The state forest owners prior to the beginning of fire-dangerous season perform preparation for fire-dangerous season.
By preparation for fire-dangerous season inventory count of the fire fighting equipment, equipment, stock, automobiles and bonds is carried out, their compliance to regulations and standard rates is determined by protection, protection, use of the forest fund, reproduction of the woods and afforestation on sites of the state forest fund approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2015 No. 18-02/664 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11995).
Degree of readiness of the state forest owners by fire-dangerous season is determined, according to appendix 1-1 to these rules.
Information on readiness for fire-dangerous season goes territorial subdivisions of department of authorized body in the organization under which authority the state forest owners are.";

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
