2) rules of recognition of accreditation bodies in the field of the higher and postgraduate education, including foreign according to appendix 2 to this order.

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in the Information system of law of Ad_let and periodic printing editions on the electronic medium with appendix of the paper copy certified by official stamp;

3) within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered this order the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type, the confirmed seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the witnessed digital signature of person, representative to sign this order, in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
