According to the paragraph to the nineteenth part two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About natural monopolies", in pursuance of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 510 "About enhancement of state policy in the field of regulation of activities for transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines of the territory of Ukraine" I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Technique of assessment of assets of subjects of natural monopolies, subjects of managing in the adjacent markets in the field of the combined production of electrical and heat energy approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 12, 2013 No. 293, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2013 at No. 522/23054, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of assessment of property and professional estimative activity of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
