About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs of the sixth and seventh subitem "an" of Item 1, of the subitem "b" of Item 2 and item 4 of the changes provided by this Decision.

Paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of the subitem "an" of Item 1 and the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes provided by this Decision become effective from the effective date Free-trade agreements between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the other hand, of May 29, 2015, but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.
