About approval of the unified forms of statements which are drawn up by results of conducting scheduled (unplanned) inspection of metrological supervision in the field of legislatively regulated metrology

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", "About metrology and metrological activities" I order to articles 22 and 23 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

the unified form of the statement which is drawn up by results of the carried-out scheduled (unplanned) inspection of metrological supervision which is exercised in the field of legislatively regulated metrology, behind the means of the measuring equipment which are in operation (form 1);

the unified form of the statement which is drawn up by results of the carried-out scheduled (unplanned) inspection of metrological supervision which is exercised in the field of legislatively regulated metrology, behind quantity of the packed-up goods in packagings (form 2).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of technical regulation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
