About introduction of scale of charges on compensation of employees of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices

1. Approve grades in compensation on the Single scale of charges for employees of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices according to appendices No. 1-27. Enact them since April 1, 1996.

2. Determine that state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices independently determine rates (salaries) of workers according to the approved grades in compensation by the Single scale of charges, proceeding from the size of minimum wage established according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices in case of determination of payment terms of work of the separate employee categories which are not specified in appendices No. 1-27, to be guided by Payment terms of work of separate employee categories of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices according to appendix No. 28.

4. Take into consideration that for heads of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices the right within the established salary fund is kept:

make changes to the approved structures of management personnel caused by need of introduction of new, progressive organizational forms, modern methods of management, technologies and the equipment;
