1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for sale in the course of privatization on the stock exchanges of blocks of shares of joint-stock companies approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, State commission on securities and the stock market and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of November 16, 1998 No. 2141/297/9, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 1998 for No. 798/3238 (in edition of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of April 9, 2012 No. 481, of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 9, 2012 No. 508, of the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of April 9, 2012 No. 216-r) which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of competitive sales of subjects to privatization submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
