According to article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and for the purpose of streamlining of system of registration, issue and use of the permissions necessary for implementation of international carriages of passengers and loads road transport, I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 at No. 1075/9674 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239), the following changes:

About a figure and the words "45 days", "45 calendar days" to replace 1) in the text with figures and the word "90 days";

Item 5.1 of the Section V to state 2) in the following edition:

"5.1. The state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport in connection with the functions assigned to it provides control of registration, issue and accounting of permissions.
