1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of March 21, 2001 No. 53/213 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production, repair of not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second; Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and their sale", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 4, 2001 at No. 307/5498 (with changes).
2. To development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Semenikhin V. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine - the chief of staff of Klimenko Yu. L. and deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine of Summer S. A.
