WE ORDER:

1. Approve:

1.1. Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production, repair of not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber of more 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber of more 4,5 of millimeter and speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second which are applied.

1.2. Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense that are applied.

2. To management of licensing of types of economic activity of Department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Efremova O. V.), to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Kharlamova O. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to head department of classified service of militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (V.O.'s Bug) the publication of the order in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of 18.10.93 No. 643 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue to subjects of business activity of licenses for production, repair, realization of sports, not military hunting firearms, ammunition to it, and also cold weapon, production and realization of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and means for accomplishment of special transactions and investigation and search operations, creation and content of shooting shooting galleries, shooting ranges, hunting stands and Conditions and rules of implementation of business activity on production, repair, realization of sports, not military hunting firearms, ammunition to it and also cold weapon, production and realization of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection active defense and means for accomplishment of special transactions and investigation and search operations, creation and content of shooting shooting galleries, shooting ranges, hunting stands", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for No. 161 of 28.10.93.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of Ukraine Tretyakov S. I. and deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine Kharlamov O. V.
