According to item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 5 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 883 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "The technical regulation on fat-and-oil products" of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
