About modification of the Inventory which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of streamlining of the goods circulation which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions, I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Inventory which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 6, 2012 498, registered on July 20, 2012 for No. 1231/21543, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To submit to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of Shafransky V. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
