About approval of Changes in Instructions for use electrical energy
According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", to the paragraph to the sixth the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 715 "About approval of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Instructions for use electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission on questions of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of July 31, 1996 No. 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 1996 at No. 417/1442 (in edition of the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of October 17, 2005 No. 910) which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the retail markets submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
