For the purpose of ensuring compliance with the current legislation and for the purpose of regulation of the effective mechanism and single application of provisions of the legislation in the field of forced execution of the customs obligation according to provisions of Art. 130-1 - 130-14 Customs codes, and also according to provisions of item 8 of the Regulations on Customs Service approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 4 of 2.01.2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3-5, to the Art. 15), I ORDER:

1. To be reworded as follows subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Order as follows: "Act of Sequestration form; appendix to the act "The List of the Sequestered Property" and "Statement of the Rights and Obligations of the Customs Payer during Sequestration of Property and Legal Responsibility Which Occurs in case of Default on Obligations" (appendix 3, appendix 3-1, appendix 3-2)".

2. After Appendix 3-1 to add with new appendix of the following content:

"Appendix No. 3-2
