About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of subjects of seed farming

According to part thirteen of article 12-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About seeds and landing material" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the State register of subjects of seed farming which is applied.

2. The state inspection of agricultural industry to transfer the State register of producers of seeds and landing material to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food till December 1, 2016.

Procedure for maintaining the State register of subjects of seed farming

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of maintaining the State register of subjects of seed farming (further - the Register), requirements to its content and maintaining, including registration, accounting, accumulating, processing, storage and submission of information on subjects of seed farming, and also ensuring access to information on persons belonging to subjects of seed farming.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

1) the applicant - the legal entity, physical person entrepreneur, performing production of seeds and/or landing material;

2) information from the Register - the document in paper or electronic form containing data from the Register, urgent for date and time of its forming or for date and time specified in request about provision of information or information on lack of such data in the Register;
