Some questions of promulgation of public information in the form of open data

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Single state web portal of open data which is applied.

2. To the ministry of digital transformation annually till March 31 to represent to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine analytical materials concerning functioning of the Single state web portal of open data.

Procedure for maintaining the Single state web portal of open data

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of maintaining the Single state web portal of open data (further - the portal) for the purpose of ensuring access to public information in the form of open data and interaction with users by open data.

Integral part of the Single state web portal of open data is the Center of competences in open data "Action. Open data".

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

the administrator of the portal - the state company action which belongs to the sphere of management of Mintsifra;

the holder of the portal - Mintsifra;

moderation - check by the authorized person of the holder of the portal of the data sets uploaded on the portal regarding compliance to the requirements determined in Regulations on data sets which are subject to promulgation in the form of open data, No. 835 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, of the Art. 2850);

personal electronic office - the individual personified web page on the portal by means of which loading, promulgation and updating of data sets, and also placement of appendices based on open data is performed;
