About streamlining of publishing activities in Turkmenistan

For the purpose of enhancement of system of the state licensing of publishing activities, and also rational use of printing base of state bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations and economical expenditure of the state resources necessary for release of printed materials, I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the state licensing of publishing activities. The companies and the citizens performing publishing activities before adoption of this resolution shall provide to Committee on seal under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan necessary documents according to the procedure established by the specified Provision for receipt of the license for the occupation right publishing activities in a month.

The specified companies and citizens in case of receipt of the new license are exempted from payment of the license fee.

2. To committee on seal under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to submit within week term the Main state tax authorities of Turkmenistan data on the companies and citizens performing now publishing activities.

3. State the Regulations on publishing activities in Turkmenistan approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of December 24, 1992 No. 1072, in the new edition according to appendix.
