About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

Item 20 of Rules of production, procurement and (or) purchase of the wild animals who are not belonging to subjects to hunting and fishery, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 699 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 90, 5/22407; 2011, No. 119, 5/34605) to add with words ", strategic ecological assessment and environmental impact assessment";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2007 No. 1353 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the state accounting in the field of environmental protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 251, 5/25986):
"in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 and article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 1997 "About protection of atmospheric air" to exclude from word preamble;
in Regulations on the procedure for the state accounting in the field of environmental protection approved by this resolution:
the fourth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"developments of the state and other programs and actions for rational (steady) use of natural resources and environmental protection;";
