"If the amount of the import customs duties estimated at the rates of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union is lower than the amount of the import customs duties estimated at the rates of import customs duties specified in the list the rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union is applied.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
