No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Regulations about organizations on currency exchange approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 53 of March 5, 2009 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 62-64, 269), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 666 of March 16, 2009, to make the following changes:

1) to Consider invalid subitems a), c), f), g), i), j) and o) Item 1, subitems d) - f) Item 2, Chapters V-VII, Items 135-137 and 1381, of appendix No. 8-10, 21-24.

2) In appendix No. 28:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Subjects of these recommendations in the context of activities for cash currency exchange with physical persons are the exchange currency cashes and hotels having the license of National Bank of Moldova.";

b) in Item 2 to replace the word "Items" with the word of "bureau";
