1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of maintaining the Register of conformity assessment bodies, requirements to its content, the procedure of entering into the specified Register of data on conformity assessment body.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
The register of conformity assessment bodies (further - the Register) - the list of conformity assessment bodies and the information about them;
technical mistake - slip, the printing, grammatical, arithmetic mistake made when entering the corresponding data into the Register.
Other terms are used in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About seeds and landing material" (further - the Law).
3. Holder Reestra is Minagropolitiki which provides its maintaining. Reestr is conducted in state language and posted on the official site of Minagropolitiki.
