About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2013 No. 841

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2013 No. 841 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out evacuation in case of threat of origin or emergence of emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 92, the Art. 3386) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2013 No. 841

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "technogenic and natural nature" to exclude.

2. According to the procedure of carrying out evacuation in case of threat of origin or emergence of emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature, approved by the specified resolution:

To exclude 1) in the name of the Procedure for the word of "technogenic and natural nature";

To exclude 2) in Items 1 and 2 of the word of "technogenic or natural nature";

Paragraph two of Item 10 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Amounts and priority of carrying out evacuation of material and cultural values, their detailed list are determined by public authorities, subjects of managing, public associations and/or citizens, in management, maintaining or property of which there are specified values, and are considered when planning actions for evacuation.";

In paragraph one of Item 24 of the word "radioactive pollution (chemical infection)" shall be replaced with words 4) "radioactive (chemical) pollution";

The word of "Ministry of Defence" to replace 5) in Item 34 with the word of Ministry of Internal Affairs;
