1. This Provision establishes features of determination of customs value of the following goods:
a) the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, and the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, and goods of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union);
b) the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse, and the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse, and goods of the Union;
c) the equipment placed under customs procedure of free customs zone, put into operation and used by resident for implementation of the agreement on implementation (maintaining) of activities in the territory of free (special, special) economic zone (the agreement on activities conditions in the free economic zone, the investment declaration);
