1. Approve the enclosed Standard instruction for labor protection in case of accomplishment of earthwork.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2004 No. 137 "About approval of the Cross-industry standard instruction for labor protection in case of accomplishment of earthwork" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 3, 8/11834).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
