1. In the Instruction about procedure for filling of the customs declaration on the vehicle approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 14, 2010 No. 422:

a) in Item 6 of the word "TDTS provided is represented" shall be replaced with words "it is allowed to represent TDTS provided";

b) the paragraph one of Item 8 after the words "in duplicate" to add with words "(if other is not established by the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union regulating customs legal relationship)";
