About approval of the Procedure for creation of hospital districts
According to part eleven of Article 35-2 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for creation of hospital districts which is applied.
2. Determine that hospital districts begin to function with approval date of their list and structure the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional public administrations to provide to the Ministry of Health of the offer on the list and structure of hospital districts according to the Procedure approved by this resolution in a month.
4. To the Ministry of Health:
approve in a month approximate regulations on the hospital district;
develop and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till February 1, 2017 the draft of the regulatory legal act about approval of the list and structure of hospital districts.
5. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 24, 2012 No. 1113 "About approval of the Procedure for creation of hospital districts in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk regions and Kiev" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 92, the Art. 3736).
