1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of tax statements on indirect taxes, statements for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes, notifications on the forthcoming receipt of excise goods, import (export) of goods and procedures for their filling" of April 22, 2015 No. 234 the following changes and amendments:

- report forms on indirect taxes and appendices 1 and 3 to it (to state FORM STI-123, FORM STI-123-001, FORM STI-123-003) approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendices 1-3 to this resolution;

- add the report form on indirect taxes approved by the above-stated resolution, appendix 2-1 "The register of goods items to which the minimum level of reference prices" (by FORM STI-123-002-1) in edition according to appendix 4 to this resolution is applied;
