Bring in the Regulations on procedure for service of civil protection of the private by persons and the commanding structure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2013 No. 593 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 67, Art. 2436; 2015, No. 28, the Art. 812, No. 40, the Art. 1218), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Citizens who are in accordance with the established procedure enlisted in educational institutions of civil protection on day form of education for the purpose of receipt of the higher education on certain degree (educational qualification to level) and which gives the special ranks of the ordinary and younger commanding structure according to the procedure, determined by this Provision or which have the specified special ranks are considered as cadets.
As listeners are considered:
persons of average and the senior commanding structure who are in accordance with the established procedure enlisted in higher educational institutions of civil protection on day form of education for the purpose of receipt of the higher education;
face of the private and the commanding structure which are in accordance with the established procedure enlisted in educational institutions of civil protection on extramural studies for the purpose of receipt of the higher education on certain degree (educational qualification to level) or receive educational services in programs of post-qualifying education in these institutions.
