According to Item 1 of Article 94 and for the purpose of ensuring realization of Item 2 of article 95 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed list of sensitive agricultural goods concerning which state members of the Eurasian Economic Union perform mutual provision of plans (programs) of development of production (further – the list).

2. To state members of the Eurasian Economic Union:

within 30 calendar days from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force to provide the existing plans (programs) of development of production for each of the sensitive agricultural goods specified in the list, each other and in the Eurasian economic commission in Russian or in state language of state member (with appendix of transfer into Russian);

within 30 calendar days from acceptance date new or modification of the existing plans (programs) of development of production of the sensitive agricultural goods specified in the list to provide such plans (programs) each other and in the Eurasian economic commission in Russian or in state language of state member (with appendix of transfer into Russian);

send to the Eurasian economic commission of the offer on carrying out consultations, stipulated in Item 2 articles 95 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014,

not later than 30 calendar days before expected date of consultations.
