About approval of the State program of use of production wastes and consumption and Regulations on the state inventory of waste and carrying out certification of dangerous wastes

According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption", and also for the purpose of the complex problem resolution in the field of the treatment of production wastes and consumption, creation and providing ecologically favorable conditions for the population, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- State program of use of production wastes and consumption;

- Regulations on the state inventory of waste and carrying out certification of dangerous wastes.

2. Determine responsible state body by implementation of the State program of use of production wastes and consumption the State environmental protection agency and to forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the state environmental protection agency and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to include the State program of use of production wastes and consumption in the list of the programs which are subject to financing within the means which are annually approved by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on department of development of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

State program of use of production wastes and consumption

The state program of use of production wastes and consumption (further - the Program) is developed according to requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption" and in implementation of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 29, 2002 No. 261 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption".

     - местный  фонд  охраны  природы  и  развития  лесной  отрасли  в
Кыргызской Республике (далее - МФОП);
     - целевые  кредиты  коммерческих  банков,   предоставляемые   под
государственные гарантии;
     - гранты;
     - иные источники.
