1.1. in Item 5.2 after words of "Minister of Internal Affairs" to add with the words "first deputy and";

2. Make the following changes to the "Structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the same Decree:

2.1. to give the third paragraph of part 1 in the following edition:

2.2. in part 2:

2.2.1. give the twenty ninth paragraph in the following edition:

"Head department of material logistics";

2.2.2. cancel the thirty second paragraph and consider the thirty third paragraph the thirty second paragraph.
