About approval of the Technical regulation "Gas-account Devices"

In pursuance of provisions of Article 18 and line item of the 10th appendix No. 3 to the Law No. 235 of December 1, 2011 on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, 136), with subsequent changes and amendments, and for the purpose of transfer in the national legal system of the Directive 2009/142/EU of the European Parliament and Council of November 30, 2009 about gas-account devices published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 330/10 of December 16, 2009, the Government DECIDES: Art. No. 46-47,

1. Approve the Technical regulation "Gas-account Devices" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 24 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for Items 10, of 14, 24-27, 30 of the Technical regulation "Gas-account Devices" which will become effective from the date of entry into force of the law on ratification of the Agreement on assessment of conformity and the acceptability of manufactured goods between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.
