About optimization of structure of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Liquidate the State inspectorate for metrological supervision under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic with transfer:

- functions of the state metrological supervision in the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- 15 established posts with the corresponding budget financing (in all respects expenses) and material and technical resources in the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- 8 established posts with the corresponding budget financing (in all respects expenses) and material and technical resources in central office of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- paragraph two of Item 2 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 27.03.2017 No. 178

- combine territorial subdivisions and create single territorial subdivision in areas and areas of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.03.2021 No. 85
