About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13.11.2017 No. 736
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About optimization of structure of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 2, 2016 No. 642 the following change:
- to declare paragraph two of Item 2 invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
