1. Approve Rules of Federal Antimonopoly Service about processing of the personal data necessary in connection with provision of the state services and execution of the state functions (further - Rules) according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

2. Approve form of the standard obligation of the federal government civil servant of the FAS Russia which is directly performing processing of personal data in case of termination with it the office contract to stop processing of the personal data which became known to it in connection with execution of job responsibilities according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
