Bring in the Payment procedure of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 14, 2007 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 12, Art. 446; 2009, No. 35, Art. 1207; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Payment procedure of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing

1. In Item 2:

The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:

"To disabled people of any other category - according to orders of the Ministry of social policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations (further - structural divisions of social protection of the population).";

Word in paragraph five of "body of work and social protection of the population" shall be replaced with words 2) to "structural division of social protection of the population".

2. To state paragraph two of Item 17 in the following edition:

"Structural divisions of social protection of the population submit two times a year (till July 20 and on January 20) to Minsotspolitiki the generalized report.".
