For the purpose of ensuring effective control behind observance of the antitrust law, legislation on natural monopolies, on consumer protection and on the advertizing Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for excitement and hearing of cases on violations of the law on the competition on natural monopolies, on consumer protection and on advertizing according to appendix.

2. Recognize invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 25, 1997 as No. 321 "About approval of procedure for excitement and hearing of cases about antitrust violations" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1997, No. 6, the Art. 23) and Item 6 of the Procedure for application to business entities of the penalties imposed by the state antimonopoly authority for violation of the law about consumer protection and the legislation on advertizing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 26, 1998 No. 370.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Golyshev V. A.
