According to part seven of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property", to the Laws of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2014 No. 1206-VII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business" I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out additional sale of shares of joint-stock companies at par value approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 29, 2008 No. 878, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 2008 on No. 783/15474, which are applied.

2. To provide to management of planning and preferential sale of Department of operational planning of processes of privatization and reforming of property submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
