Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2013 No. 216 "About approval of the Procedure for decision making about inclusion of the industrial (industrial) park in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 27, Art. 916) and of June 19, 2013 No. 558 "About the Approval procedure of lists of the equipment, equipment and components, materials which are not made in Ukraine are not excise goods, the industrial (industrial) parks imported on customs area of Ukraine by initiators of creation - subjects of managing, managing companies of such parks for their arrangement and members of industrial (industrial) parks for implementation of economic activity within the specified parks and exempted from taxation by duty" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 63, the Art. 2302) changes which are applied.
