1. Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport (Ukrtransbezopasnosti) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Vice-Prime Minister on recovery of Ukraine Minister of development of communities and the territories (further - the Minister) and realizing state policy on safety issues on the land transport.
2. No. 737 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.09.2018.

Ukrtransbezopasnosti in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
4. The main objectives of Ukrtransbezopasnosti are:
1) realization of state policy on safety issues on road transport public (further - road transport), urban electric, rail transport and on safety issues on the land transport when implementing multimodal transportations;
2) submitting for examination of the Minister of offers on ensuring forming of state policy on safety issues on road, urban electric, rail transport and on safety issues on the land transport when implementing multimodal transportations;
