1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out tender on receipt of the right of official publication of legal acts and final solutions of the Constitutional Court by periodic printing editions.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2002 No. 1118 "About approval of Rules of carrying out tender on receipt of the right of official publication of regulatory legal acts" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan., No. 34, Art. 369);

2) Item of 6 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 14, 2006 No. 99 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan., No. 5, Art. 46).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
