About approval of the Procedure for provision of information by the Pension fund of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors

According to part five of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine of June 2, 2016 "About enforcement proceeding" and for the purpose of providing the state and private contractors with information on faces of debtors who receive pensions and information on sources of receipt of the income of debtors - physical persons I order to No. 1404-VIII:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of information by the Pension fund of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors which is applied.

2. Determine the administrators of exchange of information providing and performing technical support of the procedure of giving of requests and receipt of answers, the state company "National Information Systems".

3. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Lurye S. S.) together with Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Polishchuk D. V.) to continue exchange of information and in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this order to provide preparation and approval of protocols of exchange of information and proper execution of this order.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 19, 2011 No. 3544/5 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of information by the Pension fund of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 21, 2011 on No. 1494/20232.
