2. Council of public control in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation, and also this Provision.
3. Council of public control performs the activities on the principles of supremacy of law, legality and publicity, extra party membership, impartiality, free declaration of will and equality of members, openness for society, and also non-interference to activities of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, his workers.
