1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Register of certificates on seeds and/or landing material which is applied.
2. The state inspection of agricultural industry to transfer till January 1, 2017 the Register of certificates to seeds and/or landing material to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of maintaining the Register of certificates on seeds and/or landing material, requirements to its content, the procedure of entering into the Register of data on the issued and/or cancelled certificates on seeds and/or landing material (further - certificates).
2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
1) the Register of certificates on seeds and/or landing material (further - the Register) the list of certificates and the information about them;
2) information from the Register - the document in paper or electronic form containing data from the Register, urgent for date and time of its forming or for date and time specified in request about its provision or information on lack of such data in the Register;
